Those who sleep in the fetal position shouldn’t put their knees all the way up to their chest. It’s helpful to keep a small pillow between your knees to keep your spine aligned. Also, try hugging a pillow between your arms to keep them outstretched. This opens up your chest, lungs, and other airways.
