To Keep Liners In Place Use Command Hooks

You might be annoyed if every time you throw something away, the bag goes in with it if you do reuse plastic bags as waste bin liners. Using command hooks is one way to keep the bag in place.
Place the loops of the bag around the cash can and stick the hooks on either side of it. Without you having to touch a bag full of trash, this will keep your liner in place.
