In grocery stores or in people’s homes in some countries, eggs aren’t kept in the refrigerator. Across the pond in the UK that’s how it’s done. As a matter of fact, whether or not you store your eggs in the fridge, it makes no difference, so you might as well save yourself some fridge space, according to a study recently uncovered there.
