Cool As A Cucumber Is Just A Saying
When they’re left in the fridge, cucumbers do not do well. They become waterlogged and lose a lot of their flavor really fast. Your counter or in a pantry is the right place to store cucumbers. It is important, though, not to forget that you have left it there if you don’t want to find a rotten cucumber in your pantry later on.
You can leave them in the fridge for a little whilw or store slices of cucumber in ice water, if you want your cucumbers to be cool because you want to put them on your eyes or something.
